ESG & BRSR Reporting

Preparation & submission of ESG & BRSR report as mandated by SEBI (Securities and Exchange Board of India) under "Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2015" (Listing Regulations) for disclosure of data covering business operations related to the environmental, social, and governance aspects of your business including company's progress in these three fields against benchmarks and targets.

GHG Monitoring, Validation & Verification

1. Prepare Monitoring report on Emission Reductions of your Green Project, for Audit by a Validation & Verification Body (VVB)/ DOE (Designated Operational Entity).

2. Appointment of VVB/ DOE, closure of CL (Clarification Request), CAR (Corrective Action Request), FAR (Forward Action Request) raised on the Monitoring Report and ensure preparation of final Verification Report.

3. Assist in issuance of Carbon Credits by the Registry (UNFCCC, Verra, GS, GCC etc) and/ or sell profitably - find Buyers, negotiate deal, sign contract and oversee sale.

4. Assist in CDM compliance - procure Carbon credits at lowest price, negotiate deal, sign contract, buy and retire Credits.We manage verification and credit retirement process on all international carbon registries and assist in getting certification of offsets.

Carbon Tax Assessment for EU

1. Assess Carbon Footprint of your Products which will be attract new Carbon Tax from European Union under CBAM (Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism) while exporting your products to these countries.

2. Develop a carbon offset strategy for your business through carbon trading and exchange.
